There was a train crash (碰撞) in Odisha, India. At least (至少) 288 people lost their lives. 803 people were hurt. It is the biggest train crash in India in the last 20 years.

The Coromandel Express crashed into a freight (货运) train. The freight train was not moving. But it was badly hit and left the tracks (轨道). The freight train then hit two coaches from another train. 

Rescuers are looking for people. Some special dogs help them. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to know why the trains crashed.
