Unitree Robotics announced late on August 17 that its shares will be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on August 19, 2026. After this public offering, the total share capital stands at 404,464,340 shares. The offering price is 150.80 yuan per share, corresponding to a post‑offering market value of about 60.993 billion yuan.
Unitree Robotics has full‑fledged core technologies covering its full lineup of humanoid and quadruped robots, spanning key functional frameworks including robot body, cerebellum and brain. On August 17, the firm unveiled a new "Superman" robot. With a leg length of 0.85 meters, it can jump 2 meters vertically in place and hit a peak speed of 12.66 meters per second, surpassing world records for human standing high jump and running speed. The new robot prototype was developed in more than three months, and the company noted there remains considerable room for improvement in the coming months. In the January‑June period of 2026, Unitree Robotics posted operating revenue of 1,152.2456 million yuan, a year‑on‑year increase of 48.54%.
