荷兰将禁止学生在教室使用手机等电子设备:会让人分心

The Dutch government says that students cannot use phones, tablets (平板电脑), or smartwatches in classrooms. This rule will start from January 1, 2024.

This rule will help students pay more attention to their studies. But they can still use these devices (设备) if they really need to. The Education Minister, Robbert Dijkgraaf, says that phones are not good for students. He thinks they often draw their attention away from study.

Schools can think about what to do with the rule. If it doesn’t work well by the summer of 2024, there will be stricter rules.
