These days, electric (电动的) cars are becoming more popular than gas-powered cars(汽油车). But according to Pew Research Center, more than half of U.S. adults don’t want to phase out gas-powered cars. Electric cars are better for the environment. Some people think electric cars are expensive. But their prices are coming down. Anyway, I think we’re going to run out of gas at some point. This will make electric cars a necessity (必需品). Finally, many electric cars are smaller and easier to park.
