吉尼斯世界纪录将周一认证为最糟糕的一天

The Guinness World Records (吉尼斯世界纪录) has officially announced Monday as the worst day of the week. On Monday, the Guinness World Records said online “we’re officially giving Monday the record of the worst day of the week.” Why Is Monday the Worst Day of the Week? There are some reasons given by working people as follows.

Sleeping patterns(模式)

People working in the office are usually short of proper sleep. The normal working days start early in the morning and end very late. That makes people think that if they are working hard all these days then they can enjoy their weekend peacefully. But many people usually take advantage of their weekends through sleeping. They sleep late on weekends. So compared with the weekend, they have to get up earlier on the first working day of the week, which makes them feel stressed on Monday.

Monday gives a certain change to the weekend. This kind of sudden change makes people irritated with facts that they spent their weekend so cheerfully and all of the sudden again this Monday they have to start working as usual. This kind of change makes people go very angry on Monday. That’s why Monday is considered as the most stressful day of the week.

Feeling less healthy

Working people work in the office day and night without thinking about anything. They follow healthy habits on working days. At weekend they feel relaxed, and they eat or drink out of their limits as compared to normal working days. Therefore, whenever Monday comes, people feel less healthy. And eventually they start hating Mondays for their own mistakes.
