South Africa needs a lot of electricity(电). It is a problem for Eskom. 
Eskom is the country’s energy company(能源公司). It has many power(电力) stations across the country. But those stations are getting old. They can’t work well. So power cuts often happen in South Africa. A power cut turns off electricity for some time.
