Water is always on the move. This movement is called the water cycle(循环).

         Water is all around us. It is under the surface(表面) of the ground. It is on the Earth’s surface. It is in the air. Water becomes different as it moves from place to place.

        Water can turn into ice if the weather is very very cold. Water turns into a liquid(液体) or a vapor(蒸汽) when it is warmed by the sun. As vapor, it moves slowly in the air. It falls back to Earth as rain or snow. Then the cycle starts all over again.
