Many countries in the world have Daylight Saving Time(夏令时). It is between spring and autumn. The time is one hour ahead of Standard(标准的) Time. People need to change their clocks when their country ask them to use Daylight Saving Time.

It means that people have more daylight hours to spend outside after school and after work. They will be more happy. They can enjoy more sunshine. This can also help save electricity(电). But there will be less time for people to sleep.

In the United States, there is a new bill. It wants to make Americans use Daylight Saving Time all the time. Some people do not like Daylight Saving Time. They want to stop the bill. But stopping the bill is not easy. Because some other people like Daylight Saving Time. They will try their best to protect the bill.
