Banana milkshake is a popular drink for all age groups. It can be enjoyed all year round, especially during summer days. There are different kinds of banana milkshakes across the world. It can be made with different ingredients. Also, it is not very hard to make one. So everyone can make it at home.   ▲  

First, prepare some bananas. Remember to choose fully grown bananas, not green ones. Why? Because the grown ones taste better. To have an even better taste, some people add 20 to 24 cashews(腰果). Put them in water for 3 to 4 hours, it is better for your health. If you don’t like cashews, you can also add some ice cream or use 4 pitted dates(去核枣). But don’t add too many pitted dates because that will give your shake a different color.

Next, add sugar or honey as you like. Two spoons are enough.
