You are probably already aware that fast food is always bad for you. Fast food is full of trans fatty acids that cause blockages within your arteries. At most fast food restaurants the meals are hard to metabolize, resulting the storage of fat.
3. Energy Drinks
Energy drinks contain high levels of caffeine, which is another substance that causes water losing and as a result, aging of the skin. The compounds that are found in many energy drinks are not researched completely thus making them dangerous and harmful to your health.
