Peter got a toothache. Then he saw the dentist. The dentist did a lot of work in his mouth. Peter said to him,"How much is all the work going to cost?" "One hundred and fifteen dollars." said the dentist. But he did not ask Peter for the money. 
After a week, Peter phoned the dentist and said, "You didn't ask me to pay for your work." "Oh," the dentist answered, "I never ask a gentleman for money." "Then how do you make money?" Peter asked. "Most gentlemen pay me quickly." the dentist said, "But some didn't. I waited for my money for one week. I would say: That man is not a gentleman, and then ask him to pay my money."
