A beautiful young woman stopped a taxi in a big square, and said to the driver, "Can you see that man at the other side of the square?" 
"Yes," said the taxi-driver. The young man was standing in front of a cinema and looking impatiently at his watch every few seconds.
"Please take me over there." said the young woman.
There were a lot of buses and cars in the square, so the taxi- driver asked, "Are you afraid to cross the street?"
 "No, but I should have met that young man at half past seven and then we watched a movie together, but it is eight fifteen now. If I arrive in a taxi, it will at least seem as if I have tried not to be too late." the young lady said.
