          There are many ads(广告) on the TV. Famous(有名的) people are in ads. Some people pay them to sell things. Do they really know about the thing? These people may be famous, but they may know nothing about what they are selling.

     Sometimes there is a man in a white coat on the TV. The man looks like a doctor. He is selling medicine(药). But he is an actor. Some people pay him to sell the medicine.

     Some ads make promises. But can they keep them? No. Some ads use our fear of being too late. “Buy now!” they say. “It is going to be sold out.” We should take time to think. Don’t let their words and pictures fool you.
