China has the best business environment in the world, even better than America, the UK and Germany. 
Jack Ma is a Chinese billionaire. He is chairman of e-commerce giant Alibaba. He said the favorable environment is due to China’s political stability and safety. That the high-speed yearly growth of GDP keeps over 6% is also an important factor, he added.
Ma said his rich experience and repeated reading of the 19th CPC National Congress report helped him reach this conclusion.
He stressed the importance of globalization(全球化) at the convention, calling it a must for all companies, even small and middle-sized ones. He suggested these companies should reach out to the world, since it is easy today to find global partners.
