Chinese badminton great Lin Dan said he wants to compete in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, dismissing（解散）retirement（退役）plans after winning Asian Games singles gold on Monday, September, 2014. 

Asked how long he would keep competing, Lin at first said he did not know. But when pushed by reporters on whether he would keep on competing in Rio de Janeiro in two years, Lin went one better, replying: "Tokyo." He went on to confirm his ambition（雄心） to play in Japan, although he would be 36 years old six years later. "I feel very lucky to have won gold here today. I want to play more for my country and I'm looking forward to the Tokyo Olympics," he said. 

Lin was very powerful in Incheon, he overcame Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia and then  defeated teammate Chen Long to win the men's badminton singles title in Asian Games in Incheon on Monday. He is named the“never beaten Super Dan". It seems that nobody can beat him.

"I'm very happy, feel like finally I can relax," said a smiling Lin after the match. "My younger teammates are very good, too, and they can achieve grand slam as well. So I hope that I can create some new records within limited time. Next year, the Olympic points will start, and that's more important," said Lin, adding this would be his last Asian Games. He added that the Denmark Open in October would likely be his final competition this year before taking a break.
