我的端午节假期

On the first day of the Dragon Boat Festival, I went to the South Lake with my parents near our city. We set off at 10:30 am and got there half an hour later. It was crowded with people. Tents were laid here and there. It was hard for us to find a place for our tent. We enjoyed our picnic there and left for the center of our city. In the afternoon, we watched a film in a cinema named Warcraft. It was great!

On the second day, we drove to North Mountain. I have been there three times before, but each time I feel it differently attractive(有吸引力的). There is a temple on the top of the mountain. A waterfall is on the other side of the mountain. We went to visit it and took some pictures. When we made it to the top of the mountain, it began to drizzle a bit. It got our clothes wet. There’s also a big lake under the foot of the mountain. Visitors can row(划) a boat on it, but we didn’t.

For the rest of the day, we visited a wildlife park. I had an eye-looking feast(盛宴)—seeing peacocks, wolves, camels, swans, monkeys and other animals I can’t name.   

On the last day, we didn’t go anywhere. We stayed at home for almost the whole day, sleeping late in the morning and recovering(恢复) from the two days’ tiredness.
