长寿的秘诀

Salustiano Sanchez-Blazquez is proved to be the oldest man on the earth by Guinness World Records. He is 112 years old, living in New York State of America now. When people are wondering why he can live such a long life, he told us that the secret might exist in banana, a kind of popular fruit. He keeps eating a banana a day. Besides, he takes 6 pieces of Anacin, a medicine of painkiller(止痛药), a day as well. 
Sanchez-Blazquez was born on June 8, 1901, in the village of El Tejado de Bejar, Spain. He moved to Cuba at 17, then to the United States in 1920 where he worked in the coal mines of Lynch, Ky. He finally moved to the Niagara Falls area.
In his great family, he has a daughter, a 76-year-old son, 7 grandsons, 15 great-grandsons and 5 great-great-grandsons. There are four generations in this family.
Humans never stop looking for a way to live longer on the earth. We have better medical treatment, better life and better income. It is more convenient for us to travel around the world. Have we got it? According to the WHO, the average age of lifetime is 71 in the world. Japan enjoys its fame in lifetime of 84, the longest life in the world.
