一个国际志愿者的感言

This summer, I went to Bali to be an international volunteer. When it came to this experience, I felt so grateful. 

For me, not only can I see a wonderful land but also I can make this land more wonderful. I would love to share my story with you guys. After class, these kids liked to pick some flowers for me as a gift. Each time I held these flowers, I felt so warm. I enjoyed every moment with them.

I know what I can do is very very little. Anyway, I personally think it's really worthy. I believe more and more volunteers will take part in our job. 

____ First you should choose a country. There are lots of websites you can choose. Like IVHC, gapper, Greenway lion. Then choose a program you like. Different countries have different programs. You can take care of sea turtle(乌龟) in Bali or you can rebuild temple in Nepal. You may ask me about the importance of being an international volunteer. Actually in the western countries many young people decide to start their careers(事业) as volunteers to gain basic skills for the future and to develop their understanding of the world.

I would say I change a lot during the preparation time.
