Dujuan, the 21st typhoon(台风) of this year, got to east China's Fujian on Tuesday morning. It hit the city of Putian at around 8:50 a.m., with winds of up to 33 meters a second. It moved northwest at 20 km per hour. It will get to Jiangxi on Tuesday night.  

On Monday, all 32,090 fishing boats in the sea went back to harbor and around 160,000 people left their boats.  

Between 8 a.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, heavy rains swept Fujian.The typhoon also brought gales(暴风), heavy rains and high waves to Zhejiang.
