According to the New Zealand Herald(新西兰先锋报), a new anti-aging drug isgoing to be tested on human next year. The possible result of this could meanthat we, human beings, could live to 120 years old and be in good health to thevery end. The drug called Metformin and costs only cents to make. Metforminhelps to increase oxygen move inour bodies, and slow the necessary cell divisions thatkeep our bodies in good but lead to aging. Belgian researchershave tested the drug on roundworms(蛔虫), and have had positive results so the next stepis to do on human.
