Farmers do a lot of hard work to keep grain(谷物). They keep it in special places. The places must be very large. Farmers must not keep the places too warm. And they must keep the grain dry, too.
If the grain gets wet or warm, bugs(虫子) come. And fungi(真菌) start to grow. Then people will not eat the grain. They must move it out of the places and throw it away. Farmers all around the world throw away about 630 million tons of grain every year.
Now a special robot can help. It moves through the grain. It tests how warm and wet it is. It sends information to a farmer’s phone. Farmers now can look after grain better.
