When Ivy Angerman cries, sweats, bathes, or swims, her skin will become painful.
The 18-month-old baby lives in Minnesota, US. She was recently diagnosed with aquagenic urticaria(水源性荨麻疹) which is a rare allergy to water. Once she contacts with water, it will cause serious hives and rashes. This condition may get worse as she gets older.
“Ivy might be the youngest person ever to be diagnosed with this condition. This condition usually happens in youth,”doctors said.“She becomes one of the 50 people in the world to be allergic to water.”
